What we collect through this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can make us do about it.

Who we are
RedYield is a managed media buying service for advertisers in restricted categories. For the information you send through this website, RedYield is the data controller. Reach us at contact@redyield.net.
What we collect
Only what you type into the request-access form: your name, email address, company, offer or landing page URL, vertical, budget range, and whatever you write in the message field.
We do not run advertising trackers, analytics pixels, or third-party marketing tags on this website. There is no cookie banner because there are no non-essential cookies to consent to.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to plan and run campaigns for you. The lawful basis is legitimate interest — you contacted a business about its services and expect an answer. Where a relationship follows, the basis becomes performance of a contract.
We do not sell your data, share it with other advertisers, or add you to a marketing list you didn't ask to join.
Where it goes
Form submissions are stored in a Google Workspace spreadsheet and emailed to us. Google acts as a processor for that storage. Nobody outside RedYield sees your enquiry.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't become clients are deleted within 24 months. Records connected to live or past campaigns are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require, then deleted.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or the EU, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Send it to you, or someone else, in a portable format
Email contact@redyield.net and we'll action it within one month. You can also complain to your national data protection authority — in the UK that's the Information Commissioner's Office.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry data is limited to the people who need it to reply to you. No system is perfect, and we won't pretend otherwise — but we collect little enough that there is not much to lose.
Children
This is a business-to-business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe we hold any, tell us and we'll delete it.
Changes
If this notice changes materially we'll update the date at the top of the page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept it.
